I am using this forum after a long time. In fact I had been into animation film making and as a studio head hardly got the time to paint, specially portraits. Opportunities are not much in India, specially after the digital magic has made in-roads. I had now got the chance and I have attempted to do one. I was given three small size photographs and I had to paint a 30" X 40" portrait. Sending you the results. Your critiqued review and remarks are most welcome

Shankar, as you know it is difficult when working from photos where the information is limited. You in turn have accomplished what was asked of you and have made a excellent painting using the information available to you.
