did this from a photo, more interested in comments on technique than weather the likeness is correct.
11x14 Strathmore Bristol, smooth. Using a 0.7mm Pentel P207 mechanical pencil with HB lead the highlights are painted in with pro white using a small sable brush.

I like to see more of the artist in the work. This is subject-centered work. Carefully done, but very little of you in it.

I am not really a fan of this kind of realism, as it is only as creative as the photo form which it was copied. So many artists today are good copyists. I would that there were more stylists. I like to see some line work, some texture, some ecidence of the tool. That is just my preference. Art is so subjective, isn't it?
