A few weeks ago my art classes started portraiture so I happily did a lot of demos using the students as live guinea pigs. I even set up a video camera to capture the drawing and the model side by side, and sent the live feed through to my LCD projector - it really made a difference as students could see clearly how I set up the drawing and how I made alterations/corrections. Each class is only 55 minutes and after an introduction, I only had about 45 minutes per drawing - then the bell would ring!! But it sure was a good test for me...very humbling. So here is:

Wonderful, David! Drawing with everyone watching (especially high school students, who are I think more severe crtics than artists in some ways) is a challenge and you've risen to it and triumphed.
