"Why We Draw" by Peter Steinhart
 
I'm only on page three of this book but I love it already. It received a stellar review by Edward Sorel in the NY Times Book Review. I'm wondering if any of you have already finished it and would like to review it here.

Another Forum member was reading it and I'm hoping she'll write a review.

You, in particular, would be interested in this because it's all about the psychology of drawing groups and painting the nude. What will also doubtlessly strike you hard is how very different San Francisco is from your own town (or mine, for that matter).
