I got my copies of October's Pastel Journal and a couple of my animal pieces are featured.

I am working my non existent tail off doing animal portraits these days and think I may be doing something right, with the mention in the article.

That's great, congratulations on getting your work published!! I will have to check it out when I go to my bookstore (I LIVE there, half for the books, and half for their GREAT coffee!!) Do you know if it is out on the stands and in bookstores yet??

The first pastel of my own cat, which I redrew as a demo and they printed a close up (digital vs film. Got to recreate the wheel.) And the other animal was the last posting in the animal forum here was the feature picture (where they stick ads in... how lucky can I get!;) )
