Which one?

My older sister is getting married in July. My parents want me to do a painting for the reception. The sun was shining on Monday (it's been rainy), so I asked my dad to take some reference pics of my sister in her wedding dress. He took a lot of pics, and I've narrowed it down.

I like the way these two pictures turned out, but I will only have enough time to paint one. Which is the better choice? I would really appreciate your thoughts on the matter.

The first photo would make more a figurative painting of her wedding dress, while the second is more of a portrait of her. My guess is that in the long run, the second would be more meaningful to her and her family.

As someone just mentioned on another thread, be careful of all the reflected green color on the skin.

I agree with Chuck. The first one looks like a portrait of the dress, not the person.
