Posting guidelines - Good Photo reference

In this moderated section we will attempt to show good photo reference for painting. You may feel free to post your best examples, but, know that your submission will be judged for acceptance.

You should, as best you can, include any information regarding camera used, method of lighting, time of day, etc., or any other information which may inform the viewer.

Photos of subjects which are well composed and well lit, standing in front of the auto salvage yard, may well be rejected (unless your portrait subject is involved in the auto salvage business).

You may post relevant questions regarding how these images were created, such as camera settings, lighting etc., but, because all posts must be reviewed, general commentary is discouraged.

All examples shown will have been judged by someone other than the person submitting the work.
