Nicely painted, though since the reference photo was shot with a flash, it has completely flattened out all sense of form.

A few comments
 
Hi Judson -

You have been very prolific! I really like the light blue combined with the cream of the clothing and the tans. Unusually combo, and effective. Have you painted all these paintings I've seen online recently? I think I see improvements in your drawing and in the quality of the brush strokes.
I wish you could have kept your model's feet in the picture. It would have helped the composition.
I have learned a lot from here about how the quality of a photo directly affects the quality of the finished work. You might want to check out some of those threads, because I think your photos are fighting against you.

I really admire your use of color. Im the probably youngest and... the worst painter on this form so i have no right to be critical, but the thing that stuck me in the face was just that her shirt doesnt seem high enough for her shoulder. Its so tiny, but for some reason stuck out at me.
