Mom as a girl drawing

This 16x20 pencil portrait of mom as a little girl was commissioned by her son from the mom's school picture. Sadly mom has passed away. I used a Blackwing pencil which is 4B on Canson pure-white paper.

Very nice, Mike. The hair is rendered especially well. You are really mastering this "economy" of pencil stroke technique.
