Cian McLoughlin is a 27 year old, Dublin based painter. An architectural graduate, he went on to complete a masters in film studies in UCD. Since then he has dedicated himself fulltime to painting. He has followed in his mother

Did you get Michael Gambon to sit or did he make you work from photographs? He is one of my favorite actors. We see him a lot on our PBS rebroadcasts of British television productions. I probably would recognize the others also.

Let me add my welcome and praise for your work. My mother was an O'Loughlin and she, along with others in that clan, were very encouraging when I first dabbled in drawing and painting.
