Kim--

We've come to count on terrifically original concepts from you, presented with great technique. This is one of my favorites now!

Best--TE

Yep, this is my favorite also. . But don't I say that about each one you do? : )
Gee, that means I said it yesterday, or was it this morning? You paint so fast I can
hardly keep up.

Kimberly Dow 06-21-2006 01:43 PM

Thank you Tom. :)

Janel, thank you...but this one took me 2 weeks...I thought I was slowing down. ;)

This is my new favorite of your paintings, too. Can't wait to see the rest of the series.

Kimberly Dow 06-22-2006 11:30 AM

Thanks Michele!

Did I say anything about a series? :D

That may be a great idea though... :sunnysmil

Yeah, I have memories like that, too.

You've really captured all that--and the questions and feelings behind it--in this painting, Kim. Something's really happening here.

Kim,

I'm at a loss for words. I love the originality, the color, the enrgy, the mistique. What angels clean your brushes and caress your soul because your work is heavenly.

I know that if I were ever to meet you I would be dumbfounded. But then again, I am a poor boy from Oklahoma and I usually am found dumb.

Thanks for your posts.

Kimberly Dow 06-25-2006 09:44 AM

Chris & Alex - thank you so much.

John, wow...you are too kind and flattering. But Im thinking that wont stop me from showing my Mother this thread. Maybe even the kids. Thank you. :D

Kim

I just love this forum.

Wow, I have been away for a while and I have a spare second to jump in here to see what everyone has been up to and I find your painting. Your improvement has been ten fold in the last couple of months, I am sure of it. Stunning composition, colour and choice of model. Hmmm, what else have I been missing out on in here.

Congratulations and thanks again for the inspiration. You have made this quick visit, truly a joy and pleasure! Keep up the good work.
