But last year we had winter. Exactly today, a year ago, we had a snowstorm that grounded us for days. I am sure of the day because we were invited to my nephews birthday and did not show up. We will tomorrow.
There were also the problem of digging the vehicle out from the snow.

Beautiful rose Allan. Nature just never stops giving us all these wonderful images. It's boring here, grey skies and a dusting of snow left. I wish that snow would have come here, I love it when Mother nature takes over and lets everyone know who the real boss is.

Wow, what beautiful snow photos you guys. I really miss that white stuff (except I never did like having to drive in it).
Phoenix is great this time of year - today I tilled my garden and planted my tomatoes - but before you grow envious and make plans to move here, know that the other three seasons of triple digits get to be a real bore. I much prefer a seasonal change of colorful springs, warm summers, colorful falls, and white winters. One reason we are seriously considering moving back up to Boise after having lived only 7 years here.

Yes, it is Summer here, temperatures oscillate from 75 to 95 Degrees Fahrenheit.
I'll post some pictures soon.

on the weather forecast tonight they spoke of a front system that had loaded about one meter of snow in Philadelphia and that it was heading toward us.....we should expect it Saturday. This will be your outworn, second hand system.
