Refugees

Well, I've changed this painting considerably. Now the refugees are going through a mountain pass. Just a verbal update for now, will post another image when I've got more paint on it.

Enzie, this version will make more "sense" to you!

Jean, way to go. You have the right spirit and attitude and I really appreciate that you go the extra mile to improve your work. I know what a pain it is to have to rework something, but it usually is worth all the effort and one learns a great deal in the process.

I am working on my fruit vendor (Post: Does the background recede enough) and was deathly afraid of having to repaint the onion bag yet once again. But after receiving Michael Georges and Mr. Weistling's suggestions I did it and I think it looks by far better than before. Only by pushing ourselves that extra step can we really improve our skills. As the saying goes:"No pain, no Gain!" I can't wait to see the updated version.
