This might help. I just got a catalogue from an art publisher, Dover Publications. On the inside cover they were asking if there were any out of print books that you'd like to see returned to active duty.

It's out there. You can try a rare book search service or an Amazon.com search. Unfortunately, the only copies I've seen are going for a couple hundred dollars.

If you find any at a reasonable price, buy two, and I'll give you more than you pay for one of 'em.
