New art marketing book
Hi,
I am happy to announce that I have recently released my latest art marketing book, Art Gallery Safari: Bagging the Big One.
For those of you who took "Art Smarts", my art marketing classes in Northern California, this is the greatly expanded version in Ebook form.
It is a 100-page how-to-guide for the emerging artist, covering all aspects of the art marketing including the politics and economics.
Please visit my web page for more details. http://www.cowboyenterprises.com/id34.htm
and the topic, "Mimicking a 'brick and mortar' gallery" on the Marketing PR forum at portrait artist.com Thank you!

While awaiting some advices from the website's support folks, I would note that the downloaded files bear an ".exe" suffix, which is not going to be readable by Macintosh users without conversion software.
Cynthia, is this the only downloadable version, and if so, is it possible to made arrangements to receive a hard copy of the work via snail mail?
Thanks.

Hi Steven,
It has been my intention to make it available in hard copy format. I am uncertain what the cost of that is going to be. I figure a $6.00 s/h charge should pretty well cover it. Meanwhile, until these costs are figured accurately, if it's a little more expensive, I'll eat the cost difference. The only reason I haven't done it to date, is that there has been no demand for a printed version. However, I am more than happy to expand my market to those who would prefer a printed version.
Regards,
Cynthia Houppert

I need to add the footnote that Cynthia has forwarded to me via email a Word version of the text, which successfully bridged the Mac-PC gap.
Thanks again, Cynthia.

Hi Steven,
You are quite welcome! I hope you like the book and wanted to let you know that I am in the process of adding links to "brick and mortar" galleries plus other information, (articles, etc.) relevant to your marketing efforts. The first links should be up in a few days. Good luck and,
Best regards,
Cynthia
