Silliest Portrait Ever?

OK, so this is not to be taken too seriously. My friend approached me a few weeks ago to ask if I would paint a picture for his mother's birthday (which was yesterday). He wanted it to contain all her favourite things, namely: Him, highland cows, Scottish countryside, puffins, her old cat and lamas amongst other thing. I convinced him to edit the list down to the first three of those, and set to work. Full disclosure though: I cheated. I pinched photographs of a highland cow and a puffin from a google image search, rather than source my own references. The background is based on pilfered photograph as well, but pretty loosely. I took a picture of my friend sitting on a wall and photoshopped the lot together before painting in oils. Its 40 x 40 cm on canvas.
