I'm looking forward to your selfportrait Karine! I see that you are located in ALBI. Thirty years ago I visited the Lautrec museum in beautiful Albi. Are there as much litho ateliers?

Hi Jan,

The last time I did a self portrait was in 1999 for a class project, which was modeled after an Old Master's work. With this portrait the intent was to revisit the teachings of my mentor and to jarr my memory what I have to watch out for. I guess I really had to pry the information out of my brain, since the portrait turned out rather serious looking!

Thanks for your contribution Enzie! Your portrait is already on the blog. I like it. It has indeed an 'Old masters' feeling, the way she looks into the viewers eye...
