Diane, this is looking grate! I like the changes that you have made. Just a few thing if you do not mind. The shadow on the neck beside the Sterno-mastoid could be to long. This shadow can be there but it does not correctly describe what we call the Adams apple. Have a look at your anatomy book and notice the shape made by the sterno mastoids and how the dip is where your shadow defines and notice how these muscles meet with the clavicle.

The light around the eye in shadow is still to light and I feel it takes away from the mistery of the pose and does not give justice to the form of the head.

The new light on her right shoulder should be in unison with the rest of the shoulder. As it is it does not represent the cloth as it aught.
