Here is the reference photo. I tried to change her look a bit - soften her, play down the age. I was trying to change the face enough that it would not be recognizable as her. I've already painted this friend, but needed a model - so she was it, but I did not want another painting of 'her'

I just ordered this costume and a 'wench' type renaissance costume to try out some figuratives. I've been doing this from the photo so far.
