A future model
I have refrained from posting this news as we are all always becoming moms, dad, grandparents, aunts, uncles, etc. However I cannot resist sharing in my good news. My first grandchild was born Nov. 10, ten weeks premature at 3lb 2oz. After almost losing her she is our precious miracle and already filling me with wonder and inspiration. The NICU docs told us yesterday my son and his wife may be taking her home by Christmas!!
So, to introduce my future portrait model and first grandchild, Taylor Grace!!

Congratulations Pat!!!
My daughter was also 3lbs 2oz, now she's six and the greatest thing ever. Preemies need extra loving care and attention which I'm sure she'll get.

Dear Grandma ,
Thanks for sharing this! My own former preemie now towers over me and regularly beats me at arm wrestling. No doubt this will happen to you soon as well. Congratulations!
