Michele Rushworth CAFE & BUSINESS MODERATOR SOG Member FT Professional Joined: Jul 2001 Location: Seattle, WA Posts: 3,460	Sales tax? Should I be charging sales tax? Is portrait painting considered a service or a retail product? I imagine the answer might vary from state to state and a tax accountant could give me a definitive answer, but I'm just wondering what other people on this Forum do.
