Simple creative solutions
After all of the great tips I received on the carpet stains, I thought it would be really fun if all the creative people share their unusual solutions for those "artist" problems that may come up.
My first is for vine charcoal, whenever I carry it or travel I end up breaking it to very small pieces, so I found a metal cigar tube and tada

Second is for those who work with pastels. Dust is everywhere and I hate it on my shoes, so I took an old sweater, cut out the arms from the elbow down, attached Velcro with safety pins for easy cleaning removal. And you get

This last one is to keep all those things I am forever looking for or dropping. With hooks and pushpins I can hang my level, loop, ruler and mahl stick.
