The artist named Hetter
I may be in the wrong category, but I need to know if any of you have heard of an artist by the name of Hetter? A gentleman from Washington, (the Pentagon actually) recently retired here and approached me about this particular piece of art that he acquired. I have done a search but to no avail. Let me know if anyone ever heard of Hetter. This piece is not a portrait but a landscape and appears to be from the 40's maybe give or take 10 years.
