Portrait Society announces outdoor competition
On their home page is the following:
The Portrait Society of America is now accepting entries for the 2007 Members-Only Competition. For this year's competition, members are invited to submit artworks featuring figures in any form of outdoor setting. Entries must be postmarked by December 3, 2007, and should be accompanied by a completed entry
form and fee of $10 to qualify.
