Beth, I like your colors just as well! Okay, I know that's counter-productive since you're trying to copy it. I think those browns are hard to get without actually using browns. Do your colors look more like the "original" in your actual painting than they do on the screen or in a photo? I'm just curious because I always have trouble getting accurate photos of my work-- the color of the original always is more subtle than the photo--and my palette is probably more similar to Rob's.
