I've never worked with those guys but you might want to try
www.jfmenterprises.net -- you'd have to have a state reseller's license (which all artists should have anyway) to see the prices or to buy from them. Their quality is decent and their prices are great. Assume that the shipping will be about the same as the cost of the frame, but it's still a great deal. If you need the frames in a rush, shipping will cost you more, of course.
