Thanks so much. All I can say about the secret to these illusions is that the more I fussed within the subtle nuances of each passage, the more the materials, surfaces, and fabrics became defined in their weight and textures. It all seems to boil down to observation, the scale of the folds, undulations, and ripples. The heavier fabric has broader fold transitions, and a dull sheen, while the silk is more sharp, changeable, and shiny, which implies a weight difference.
