I finally finished Kris' portrait. A friend of a friend saw both portraits, Kris and Christine, in my purse size portfolio at a holiday picnic Monday and commissioned me to do a portrait of her two children. I am very excited about this as she is an artist herself and said she had been wanting to have her children's portraits done in black and white.

She was very enthusiastic about my work and wants to introduce me to her friend who has a framing shop. I am trying not to get too psyched, but I am feeling optimistic!!
