For any U.S. members who are interested in operating internationally and for non-U.S. members, the National Portrait Gallery in England has a BP Portrait Award. Here is a link to the 2004 winners. http://www.npg.org.uk/live/bp2004w.asp

Forum Member Sara Shamma won 4th prize in the competiton.

I'm not sure where there is info for 2005. If someone finds it, please do the favor of a post here.
