The Louvre in Atlanta
The High Museum has just finalized a $10,000,000.00 deal with the Louvre. Starting in 2006 when the expansion of the Woodruff Art Center and the High Museum are finished, art will be coming from Paris. Hopefully the folks at the Louvre will find it in their hearts to loan a Ingres or two to us poor art deprived folks here in Atlanta. Just thought I would pass this tidbit along!
