You probably do not remember this, but back when I was still a lurker (Cynthia's term for those of us who read a lot but did not participate in the forum) I sent you a personal email telling you how much I liked your self-portrait. I added that I hope to be able to paint that well someday.
You took the time for a complete stranger and kindly responded with words of encouragement.
I shall take the time to keep you in my daily thoughts hoping for a complete and speedy recovery for you.
