I vote for #3. I love that head down/eyes up look for children. (I just wish you'd gotten him out of the t-shirt neckline.)
#1 highlights his asymmetrical facial features. If you draw horizontal lines at his lips, nostrils and inner eye corners you'll see what I mean. Also, that slightly crossed eye may prove a challenge.
Many children go through this stage and often outgrow it as they get older. This boy is cute and it would be a shame to highlight something that he will probably just outgrow anyway.
#2 shadows his eyes too much for my taste.
