The Portrait Competition was held at the Laguna Hills Community Center in Laguna Hills, CA on Ocotber 10th, 2003.
The event drew over 100 artists and guests who came to participate in the awards ceremony. Guest speakers were Mrs. Margaret Carter Baumgaertner and the Mayor of Laguna Hills, Mr. Allen Sognstadt.
