Nice pose, nice light.
The first things that jump out at me for correction, though, are the dark cool areas near her mouth and nose that make it look like she has facial hair.
The second thing is that you should probably check the drawing and values of the upper chest and neck area. There's some distortion and harsh shapes there.
Finally, it seems as if the drapery is overmodelled (too much light in the darks, and too many dark areas in what should be in the light). Check out Bouguereau for great value control of white fabrics in both light and shade.
