That's an excellent question and one that sounds like it needs some input from the brokers and perhaps other artists. I spoke from my experience in the Southern market from when I managed Robert Schoeller. Maybe things are different in other areas of the country. I'm going to try and get some of the brokers to contribute on this. Though, be aware that most of them are in the South.
