Since there is no white ink in printers, and since printer inks are transparent, any burgundy paper you print on will always show.

You could, however, surround your images with a burgundy border which prints on the white paper at the same time as the image. Whatever software you use to send your images to the printer probably has the capability of allowing you to do this.
