Tim, I have a book on Sorolla titled "The Painter: Joaquin Sorolla". It is a 264 page paperback published in 1989 by Philip Wilson Publishers Ltd, 26 Litchfield Street, London WC2H 9NJ. It was published in conjunction with exhibitions of his work at several museums in the U. S. and Spain of that same year.
I bought the book from The Hispanic Society of America, 613 West 155th Street, New York, N.Y. 10032. Their Telephone No. is 212 926-2234 and the book was $30.00 when I bought it in 1993 and I believe slides came with the book although they are lost among studio clutter at the moment.
It gives a lot of personal and professional info on the painter and his family.
