Portrait Artist Forum - View Single Post - What does the little green light mean next to someone's name?

It means that user is currently logged into the forum. You could potentially send them a private message or send them and instant message with AOL IM, ICQ or Yahoo Messenger if you have those installed and the user shows an icon for it.

See my ICQ and AOL Instant Messenger icons below. I don't have Yahoo Messenger.
