My turn to apologize. My problem is not downloading the image, but more so the inability to copy/paste, drag/drop, or otherwise save the image once it's on my screen. My reply was careless.
I reinstalled all programs two years ago and Netscape within the year and will hope that newer version (7) will solve the problem.
In the area of the mysterious, my files travel with or without caps.
