- We artists are the lucky few. This crazy pursuit of trying to create art never stops amazing me. I believe artists are the folks that should encourage others to see the art and beauty all around us. We are the ones who try to slow down the rest of the world so we can point out the sunsets, flowers, and miracles of everyday life. It is a glorious struggle. I am trying to enjoy every little moment of it. We are the lucky few.
