Wireless photo transfer device from camera to pc

Hi everyone
I've recently seen in a documentary on fashion shoots, and saw the photographers were able to take their shots, and have the images saved on their laptops for immediate preview of the shots they've just taken.
I caught glance at their cameras and it seems they were using wireless devices to send the files directly to their PCs!

Can anyone tell me more about such devices? I think they're real neat, and would be helpful when i work with my portrait clients who want to see the shots i've taken for them.
